Network Marketing or Multi-level Marketing (MLM) is not magic. It's wrong to even call your business a network marketing business. Network Marketing is simply a marketing strategy where you supply a product to people you know, people they know, and people you get to know. All these people (potential customers or business partners) make up your network, hence the name, NETWORK Marketing.
Multi-level Marketing or MLM is a reference to the design of the compensation plan. Commissions for products sold is paid over two or more levels. And that's not much different that most corporate structures.
So here are the seven reasons you should consider a Network Marketing plan when you think about starting a business of your own.
Reason 1 The financial risk is low or even zero. Usually for the nominal cost of a distributor's kit, you can be in business. The company handles product development, shipping, and even keeps your business records for you.
Reason 2 You can work part-time or full time. You have the ability to work when and where you want. Remember though, you get back in proportion to what you put into your business.
Reason 3 There are many tax advantages when you have a business in your home.
Reason 4 The opportunity is open to everyone. Your age, sex, race, experience doesn't matter. Your ability to focus on what you want is the most important quality.
Reason 5 It is possible to create immediate income when you supply products to your local market.
Reason 6 The income you create can be re-occurring or residual if your customers can subscribe to an automatic monthly buying plan.
Reason 7 One of the greatest benefits is the personal and professional growth you will get as you expand your business. You can become a respected leader in Network Marketing if you desire.
